Rebuilding your Health
Once stress and tension has been adequately released and the nerve tissue has reached a safe place, you and your Doctor can then chart a path to rebuilding your health.
In the rebuilding phase we begin a 6-8 month journey where we now concentrate on changing life habits. Regular chiropractic care continues to maintain the release of stress and tension on the nervous tissue. It also may include exercises and stretching to strengthen and rebuild the muscles and protect the joint layers. Nutritional recommendations from supplementation to dietary coaching will also be provided as dictated by your unique needs.
Introducing new and helpful habits and releasing old destructive habits can be an exciting and challenging time for you as you begin to see your life start to manifest health and vitality.
