 At Gordon Street Chiropractic Centre we utilize custom orthotics to help correct abnormal foot mechanics and to further support your body's recovery.  Rarely does a person only need orthotics to help correct a problem, but when used in conjunction with other therapies they are a valuable asset.

Footmaxx orthotics have an extensive range of options available from sport specific orthotics to a full line of casual, dress and industrial shoes.  All of this allows us to provide the right orthotic regardless of your employment or athletic needs.

 Of course, the right orthotic begins with a proper assessment and follow through.

The Matscan technology from Footmaxx allows us to generate a computer model from your actual foot mechanics.  This very precise instrumentation provides a wealth of data that can then be used to generate what is required to correct your mechanics - no more, no less.

Once orthotics have been prescribed, and dispensed we follow up with our clients at 1 week and if required 3 weeks to make sure the transition is smooth and that the desired effects are happening.

 If you are already a patient, then your orthotic needs have already been assessed.  However, if you are not a patient here and feel orthotics may be the answer - or if you have been prescribed orthotics by another practitioner call us to schedule an orthotic consultation.

 Our orthotic fee includes the consultation, assessment, dispensing and follow-up visits, as well as any modifications that may be required within the first 45 days.
