COVID-19 UPDATE

We are considered an essential service and we are open and able to continue to serve you through the Ontario state of emergency.


However, please be aware of the following:

1.)  Please book an appointment - because of covid-19 safety precautions, we will not be able to accommodate walk-in patients at this time.

2.) You must answer 'Yes' or 'No' to the following questions

        Have you traveled outside of Ontario within the last 14 days or had contact with anyone with acute respiratory 

         illness?

        Do you have a confirmed case of covid-19 or had close contact with a person with a confirmed case of covid-19?       

        Do you have any of the following symptoms:

               Fever, New onset of cough, worsening chronic cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing

               Sore throat, difficulty swallowing, decrease/loss of sense of smell, chills, headaches,

              unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle pain, nausea/vomitting diarrhea abdominal pain, pink eye

              Runny nose/nasal congestion without other known cause

   If you answered 'Yes' to any of those questions you will need to speak to one of our practitioners.

   If you answered 'No' to all of those questions - we will see you at your appointment time

3.) When you arrive for your appointment, please wait outside to be escorted in by one of the practitioners/staff

4.) when at our front desk please stand with the barrier between you and our staff.
